Operating hours Delivery & Freight

• Office operates Monday - Friday 10.00 am - 4.30pm AEST
• Any queries or questions call 1300 76 1966
• We will arrange for couriers to deliver wine to purchasers
• All wine delivery costs associated with freight, packaging & handling will be borne by the client and will be on your invoice
• We strongly suggest goods are delivered to a company address where someone is able to sign for them. If we send with Australia Post wine service and no one is at your nominated address a card will be left for later pick up at nearest Post Office.
• We will advise an approximate delivery time but will not take responsibility for freight delays beyond its control Payment Methods

• Deliver on weekends or public holidays not available
• Your order will be dispatched from Melbourne, please keep this in mind when ordering.
• Country and Interstate deliveries please ask for a quote.
• For larger orders please contact us for a quote shipping & delivery
• Please allow 5 working days from time of dispatch for Capital Cities & surrounding country towns, 5-8 working days for more remote locations.
• We accept no responsible for delivery delays as it is beyond our control and our delivery times are estimated times of arrival only.
• If the recipient is at a business address no problem, but if a personal address we must have your authority to leave in a safe place. 

You will need to indicate this on the order form.

• On the order form a contact phone number for the recipient(s) is vital. This is in case delivery is found to be difficult and is a last resort.
• if an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or no person available for signing the extra courier charge for re-delivery will be forwarded on to you.

Product alteration Policy

• If any particular items are not available as on the order form, we will contact the customer to find suitable replacment item of equal value or greater.

Cancellation Policy

• We endeavour to keep all pricing and product information on our website correct and up to date, however if any error is made inadvertently we reserve the right to cancel, reject or change any order made online.
